Friends of Parks and Recreation was founded in 20XX with the intent to support Winchester-Clark County Parks and Recreation outside of normal budgetary issues and constraints. We have been able to begin and extend programming for children and youth and stand as a great way to earmark monetary donations for specific use, offer tax-deductible means of supporting our parks system and department, and continue to build relationships with our valued community. Whether you're here to find out ways to donate, causes to support or to volunteer your time, thank you for coming along with us!
