At Winchester-Clark County Parks and Recreation, we recognize that healthy and happy communities begin with healthy, happy children. We apply funding, grants and donations we receive for WCCPR to invest money into more extensive and inclusive children's programming.
Currently, we're well-known for many child and family-friendly programs. Our ambitions at Parks and Rec are to continue and expand all of these programs and more.
